"Crane Garden Song" follows the life philosophy of scholars and literati in the Song Dynasty, reconstructing a new realm of contemporary Song-style life through a centrally symmetrical courtyard layout, meticulously crafted woodworking craftsmanship, and the creation of natural and poetic scenes. The design unfolds around three dimensions: "form, meaning, and rhythm," integrating traditional etiquette with modern functions. Elements such as pine stones, flowing water, calligraphy, and paintings are used to create landscapes, forming an immersive living space that combines the core of Eastern spirituality with contemporary aesthetic experiences through a garden-style courtyard scene.

The Sales Gallery, designed for CITIC in the prestigious Jardine’s Lookout, offers a luxurious and exclusive experience for prospective homeowners. This space transcends typical sales venues by prioritizing privacy and personalized attention, with viewings available by appointment only. Visitors are invited to explore a thoughtfully designed processional architecture that reveals each space sequentially, creating an engaging journey that enhances the overall experience.

Central to the design is a meeting hall featuring four private booths, elegantly furnished for intimate discussions. These booths provide a comfortable and discreet environment, allowing for in-depth interactions tailored to individual needs. The interior layout balances openness with privacy, using varied materials and lighting to create a warm atmosphere.

The show units reflect the serene Jardini style, characterized by elegant lines and natural materials, offering a tranquil escape from urban life. Overall, the gallery is meticulously curated to cater to discerning clients seeking a sophisticated living experience.

The design emphasizes spatial integrity through the use of unified materials and tones across elevator halls and entrances, creating visual flow and continuity. Artworks, sculptural furniture, and a restrained black-and-white palette shape a serene atmosphere. Material contrasts in flooring and wall finishes subtly define transitions between zones. In the living room, diverse textures—such as travertine, linen, and flannel—compose a layered spatial language. A “weak boundary” concept blends the balcony with the living area, allowing light and air to move freely. The dining room centers on a round table, with art and lighting expanding the visual field. A sunken corner space softens with curved cabinetry and material juxtapositions, expressing quiet elegance.

Poly Breeze of Life is strategically located at the intersection of the Haihe Education Park and the Meijiang Ecological Zone. It inherits the millennia-old cultural heritage of the Haihe River and embraces the vibrant prosperity of the modern city. Adjacent to prestigious universities, the project is imbued with a scholarly atmosphere, creating a spiritual haven for urban elites. Nearby are the Meijiang Park and the Old Haihe River Park, painting a picturesque and poetic lifestyle. The design team has captured the essence of "Elegant Charm of Tianjin" as its core, integrating the inclusive spirit of the Haihe River and the elegant DNA of concession-era architecture into the spatial narrative. Through the interplay of material textures and light and shadow, it delineates a contemporary aesthetic of dwelling amidst Tianjin's cultural heritage.

Drawing from the red and blue tones of the singular chair, the furnishings subtly infuse art into the space. The deep blue sofa resonates with the tiled wall artwork, with its varied densities reflecting the deconstructed geometry and color compositions of the chair. Above the chair, the red vertical extension disrupts the original design prototype, forming a spatial partition. This transformation of the miniature architectural point into a plane merges with the red geometric form of the pendant lamp and the wall-mounted artwork extending from the dining table, consistently reiterating the decomposition and reconstruction of color and form, turning the home into a work of art rich with design intrigue.

This project inherits the brand's French genes and combines modern design techniques, with an open-scene layout and lifestyle experience as its core philosophy. It constructs six themed areas: Fashion Zone, Intellectual Zone, Self-Indulgence Zone, Trend Zone, Parenting Zone, and Public Zone. By integrating high-end materials with environmental concepts and colliding geometric modules with light-and-shadow materials, it achieves an innovative resonance between functionality and artistic aesthetics, establishing a distinctive and futuristic whole-home lifestyle declaration, and conveying Suofeiya's brand philosophy of "Future Home."
