本案運用十字軸整合動綫，藉拉門配置與平面布局重塑，化解風水與機能衝突。玄關以深色包覆營造沉穩，透過异材質光影引導視綫延伸。公領域以借景與虛化界綫創造通透流動感，私領域則透過櫃體與拉門提升彈性與收納機能，踢脚燈界定空間。透過重塑與光影運用，釋放動線，使空間滲透而不失秩序，形塑兼具機能與敘事的住宅場域。

住宅以Japandi風格爲基調，融合日式侘寂與北歐簡約，開放式布局以大厨房爲中心，影音房注重隔音，臥室設于上層，講求實用。特色樓梯墻采用環保塗料模仿日式紙藝，搭配大地色系與不銹鋼厨櫃，呼應侘寂美學。大面窗臺引入自然光，將維港海景框成活畫作，以光綫爲最佳裝飾，完美詮釋摒弃多餘的理念，營造出簡約而寧靜的療愈空間。

以南北中軸爲界對仗公私區：東爲公，柔性邊界串聯五個「相望不相擾」的生活場景，將傳統院落「移步易景」的觀游趣味轉譯到空間內，回應中國人含蓄的情感表達；西爲私，獨處空間隔而不絕，開合有度，延續公區的家人相遇。四時光影，溫暖生活痕迹，一座可永居的家，見證幼長、壯成、老養，空氣中流淌家的「所有」。

A 1800 sq. ft. maisonette in Regency Style Architecture (circa 1830s) in London is transformed into a holiday home.

First floor features a 3.5m ceiling living area with integrated dining area flowing to a private balcony.  A Victorian giltwood arched overmantel mirror blends seamlessly with the lilac marble fireplace.  The mustard yellow and blue coloured contemporary furniture with the Nepalese silk rug, coupled with antique Chinese furniture integrates East with West.  The black and white kitchen cabinetry with neon art on the wall exudes playful energies.

Second floor comprises of a bold turquoise master bedroom and closet room adjoining the contemporary ensuite bathroom. The turquoise-coloured bathroom cabinetry and furnishings contrasts with the black and white geometric floor tiles create added dramatic effect.

Artworks are displayed along the stairwell enroute to third floor.  The bedroom and bathrooms feature a cool grey classic elegance.

This SS2, Petaling Jaya apartment transforms a typical home into a modern Japanese-inspired retreat for a young couple. The design unfolds through spatial contrasts, from shadowy Zen-inspired foyer with brushed cement walls and an artificial garden, to a bright, sunlit living area. The living room extends to the balcony’s edge, while a Torii gate–inspired portal connects the open kitchen and dining space, enhancing visual depth. Layeredness is achieved with an extended counter island and low window benches, recalling the chashitsu tradition.

A restrained palette of travertine, oak, textured cement, and beige linen softens the tropical light, anchored by elements like an oversized paper lamp. In the bedroom, a sunken bed on a tatami platform and granite step creates ceremonial intimacy, with indirect wardrobe and bath access. Throughout, minimalist principles, natural materials, and subtle detailing cultivate a tranquil, contemplative home rooted in Japanese aesthetics yet adapted for urban Malaysian living.

借山巒起伏之意，弧形天花鋪展空間序曲，垂直動綫明確劃分公私領域。

電視牆圍塑場域，穩定空間視覺，臥室為軸，滑門串聯機能動線，展現層層遞進的居住節奏。

整體配合藝術收藏簡化材質語彙，以留白與日光引入自然與時間的流動，建構一處恒于當下，亦可穿越時空的安然居所。

189 ㎡ 三口之家平層以"幸福關懷"爲核心，打造溫暖包容的生活庇護所。重構布局將厨房外移，承重墻、高櫃與吧台組成環形動綫，優化采光與空間節奏。橫廳整合書桌沙發作爲親子互動中心，靈活滿足日常用餐與聚會需求。主臥選用沉穩色調與柔和材質，細節處營造靜謐精緻的私密氛圍。設計通過功能複合與動綫重組，在有限空間創造無限生活可能。

空間植根于原始紋理和裸材料質感，融合了比例造型的形構。透過巧妙運用材料和精心布局，打造了一個虛實交錯的環境，每一個細節都仿佛在述說著故事，散發出沉穩、安靜又充滿力量的氛圍，空間中的燒杉木、石材紋理各自展現自然的美和獨特韵味。我們希望為住居者打造一處能帶來內在寧靜的空間，沈澱後感受生命中深層的力量和意義。

空間不再是單純的內盒，而是建築、景觀與環境的延續。本案擁大面開窗與景觀陽台，設計以「內外共構」爲核心，藉長向采光引導動綫，展現空間與環境對話。長向外盒串聯內盒，天花軸綫與層次劃分强化秩序。橫向中島爲互動核心，深色框架與材質鋪陳形塑穩定感。櫃體整合展示與收納，灰鏡、玻璃與鐵件勾勒輪廓，展現光影與景深。
