Entry Deadline

A) Important Dates for Design Categories

All entries in all categories must be registered via online registration system and submitted on or before the deadline 31 Jul 2025 (Thu) at 5:00 pm (HKT). The online registration system will be closed after deadline, entries received after the deadline will NOT be accepted. No need to deliver any printed materials or CD/USB to the Secretariat.

Please find below the key dates for the Awards.

• 25 Apr - Call for entries starts
• 23 May - Early bird deadline
• 31 Jul -  Submission deadline
• Aug to Sep - Adjudication
• Sep - Selected winners will be informed by notification email
• Dec - Award Presentation Ceremony cum Gala Dinner in Hong Kong
