Chan Hong Ki, Robert
Executive Director, Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited Mr.
Robert Chan is an Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited (SHKP).
He has over 30 years’ experience in project management and managing various key residential, commercial, industrial and mixed developments both in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mr.
Chan is an Executive Director of Sun Hung Kai Architects and Engineers Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SHKP, and is responsible for design aspects including architectural, interior design, structural, electrical and mechanical and landscape of various development projects.
He is also a Non-executive Director of SUNeVision Holdings Limited. Mr.
Chan is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Professional Surveyor.
He is an Authorized Person under the Buildings Ordinance (Chapter 123 of the laws of Hong Kong). Mr.
Chan has been a director of BEAM Society Limited since 2014.


Dr. Cheung Tin Cheung, SBS
Chairman, Hong Kong Green Building Council Dr CHEUNG is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
He is also an Honorary Professor at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and an Adjunct Professor at the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong.
Dr CHEUNG holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading, UK, a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Bath, UK, and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Fire Engineering from the City University of Hong Kong.
He has professional qualifications in building surveying, property management and facility management.
He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, a Registered Professional Surveyor (BS), and an Honorary Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management.
Dr CHEUNG was previously Director of Buildings in the HKSAR Government and received the Silver Bauhinia Star Award in 2019 for his dedicated and meritorious service to the Government, particularly in promoting building safety and a sustainable built environment in Hong Kong.


Ar Donald Choi Wun Hing, JP
Executive Director and CEO, Chinachem Group Donald has worked globally as architect and developer for over 30 years.
He is familiar with both public and private construction projects and believes in the power of design and technology to empower society.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Chinachem Group.
He was the Managing Director of Nan Fung Development and before Nan Fung, Director of Foster and Partners and the Authorised Person – Architect for the Hong Kong International Airport Passenger Terminal (HKIA Silver Medal Winner) and many infrastructure projects at Chek Lap Kok.
The airport was awarded the Top Ten Construction Projects in the World and has won numerous awards including the Best Airport in the World since opening in 1998. Donald is active in community services.
He has held multiple leadership roles in NGO and professional bodies that focus on community, design and innovation.
He is the Board Chairperson of the Construction Innovation and Technology Application Centre and also a Board member of the Business Environment Council, Hong Kong Design Centre, Hong Kong Green Building Council, Habitat of Humanity HK and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.
Donald also serves as a Member of the Council for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development, Land and Development Advisory Committee and the Hospital Governing Committee of Hong Kong Eye Hospital & Kowloon Hospital.
He was the Former President of Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design, as well as the former Chairman of the Architects Registration Board, HKSAR.

Since iemi started dedicating her career to media industry, she has spent her time building vision that will make a positive difference in magazine publishing, as well as to find creative ways to drive intellectual change in the world of art and culture, she now also oversees the creative collaborations of City Magazine with Nowness Asia (from the same company group), in believe of producing qualitative online editorial driven contents to their Asia audiences.
Apart of her creativity and appreciation for art and design, she is also a professional writer in interviews and feature stories.


Niels de Jong
Partner & Creative Director, Kossmanndejong Niels de Jong is the creative director and partner at Kossmanndejong, an Amsterdam based design company specialized in exhibition design.
Niels studied architecture at the Amsterdam Architecture Academy and the Fontys University Tilburg.
His expertise is to bring structure into complex projects and to translate them into clear, accessible and effective experiences for a wide audience.
During years of experience as project lead for exhibitions in museums worldwide, Niels has mastered the balancing act of aligning the different interests of multiple stakeholders.
Driven by a tremendous curiosity, he is always open to explore new areas of working and innovating.


Ana Patricia Castaingts Gómez
Lead Interior Architect, Snøhetta With 11 years of experience in the industry, Ana currently leads Snøhetta's interior design discipline in Asia.
Her academic background in Mexico and Argentina has provided her with a diverse perspective on design, which is reflected in her work.
Ana began her architectural practice in Mexico and gained valuable experience working on a variety of projects, including mixed-use, cultural, office, residential, and retail spaces.
In 2014, Ana relocated to Shanghai, where she quickly established herself as an interior architect in the region.
Her work has been recognized and praised by various studios throughout her career.
Ana's expertise in interior design has been instrumental in Snøhetta's projects such as Tokyo Shibuya Upper West Project, Helena Rubinstein pavilions, among other retail projects in Asia.
Her approach on collaborative work and sustainability involves a holistic perspective on design, considering social factors, the use of sustainable materials, and the overall impact on the environment.
Ana drives Snøhetta's commitment to sustainable design, leading the Asia studios research on materiality incorporating these principles into her work whenever possible.


Rabih Hage
Founder, Director, Architect and Interior Designer, Rabih Hage Ltd. 'His work has a quiet, powerful edge, balancing modern living with old world elegance.’ New York Magazine Rabih Hage is an award-winning RIBA chartered architect and Interior designer with offices in London and New York.
Since 2001 and with his multi-talented team, he delivers a wide range of private and commercial projects, offering a seamless client experience from start to finish.
Blending poetry with pragmatism, Rabih Hage has an established record of creating beautiful, comfortable, and functional buildings and interiors with the end users always in mind.
Growing up in Paris and graduating in Architecture in 1991, he started his early career working on architectural structures and high-tech projects.
He then shifted his interest to historical buildings and adaptive reuse, “turning a ruin into something interesting”, following his philosophy of Quiet Architecture summarised in a book written by Dominic Bradbury and published in 2018 by Lund Humphries.

He firmly believes that the essence of design is to inspire people to understand the infinite possibilities of life.
Such belief drives him to participate in design projects in various fields all over the world.
He has been awarded over 180 authoritative awards and honors from overseas industries, including the Red Dot Design Award in Germany, the Andrew Martin International Interior Design Award, the FX International Interior Design Award in the United Kingdom, and the Best Design Award of the United States "Interior Design" Magazine , Holland "Frame" Magazine Interior Design Award, IFI Global Excellence Design Award, INSIDE World Interior Design Award.


Ir Thomas Ho, JP
Chairman, Construction Industry Council Ir Thomas HO is the Chairman of the Construction Industry Council (CIC). The mission of CIC is to CONNECT, LEAD and EXCEL.
He possesses over 40 years of experience in construction industry.
He has been dedicated to spearheading project management and general management, safety initiatives, sustainable development and innovation excellence in the construction industry.
He is recognised by the industry as the figurehead in promoting excellence in construction management, safety leadership, as well as sustainable and quality construction.
After joining CIC, he promoted Mi-Infinity and Integrated Common Data Environments, he also insisted Design for Safety, High Productivity and Sustainability in the future of Construction.
Livability and Well-being will be the ultimate game.
In recognition of his advanced mindset in advocating innovative and green construction initiatives, Ir HO received the Outstanding Achievement Award from Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers in 2018.


Li Ho Kin
Chairperson, BEAM Society Ltd.
Mr LI Ho Kin is a graduate of University of Manitoba, with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (1977) and a Master of Architecture (1980).
He worked in private practice before joining KCRC as in-house architect in 1984.
In 1987, Mr LI moved to Toronto and worked in private practice, while completing a part-time Master of Business Administration at the University of Toronto.
Returning to Hong Kong in 1991, he worked briefly at the Buildings Department before joining the Architectural Services Department until his retirement in February 2013. Mr LI has been a BEAM Pro since 2011.
He joined the Professional Development Committee in 2012, and conducted presentations for BEAM Pro and BEAM Affiliate training sessions.
He was elected as a Director of BEAM Society Limited in 2014.
He was elected as Honorary Secretary in January 2016 and became the 2nd Vice Chairperson in June 2017.
He is also a Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC); as well as Chairman of Green Labelling Committee, Member of the Finance & Executive Committee and Member of Infrastructure Rating System Committee of HKGBC.


Serene Lee
Area Director – Design, Kerry Properties (China) Limited Serene Lee’s experience spanning 30 years has covered Architecture and Interior Design, with involvement in the initial ideation and design of projects through the successful planning, management, execution, and realization of designs.
Her extensive experience has also covered the growth and operations of international design practices through commercial, mixed-used, residential and hospitality projects in the US & Asia-Pacific region.
Having graduated from RPI School of Architecture in the US, Serene embarked on her journey of design inquiry with a passion in creating sustainable, timeless, and bespoke habitable experiences in the projects she is involved in.
The understanding of spatial experiences from a user’s perspective drives the process of design ideation.
The profound emphasis in her practice whether it be in managing a project, to designing one personally would be to ensure the lines between all aspects of design are inter-related and should resonate between disciplines, in a seamless transition.
Serene joined Kerry Properties in 2017 in the capacity of Area Director of Design and is tasked of design managing the China portfolio for commercial mixed-used and residential developments for the group.

Thomas Pheasant
Founder, Thomas Pheasant Studios Thomas Pheasant is internationally recognized for his more than 40 years of creating interiors and furniture.
With personal residences in Washington, D.C. and Paris, he focuses his creativity on residential and commercial projects throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
Current projects include the historic Blair House – the President’s Guest House on Pennsylvania Avenue across from the White House.
Celebrated for his modern vision of classical design his diverse accomplishments have included the 1997 Andrew Martin International Designer of the Year Award, the distinction by Architectural Digest US in 2005 as a Dean of American Design, the 2015 John Russell Pope Award by the Institute of Classical Architecture, and the 2016 Design Icon Award for his contributions to the design industry.
He continues to be widely published in the most prestigious architectural and interior design magazines around the world.
His book, Simply Serene: The New Luxury for Modern Interiors, published by Rizzoli, brings to life the serenity and classic imprint that are Pheasant’s signature.
His furniture design collections include, Thomas Pheasant Collection for Baker, Thomas Pheasant Collection for McGuire and his own collection of limited edition and unique pieces, Thomas Pheasant STUDIO.


Jeff Tung
Head of Special Projects, New World Development Co.
Ltd Jeff Tung is a Hong Kong Registered Architect and a Fellow Member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects.
He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1985 and has been working in the building industry for more than 35 years, in which about 18 years in the Real Estate Development sector.
He has extensive experience in the planning, design and project management of mixed-use, commercial and hotel projects in Hong Kong and China. Jeff joined New World Development Co.
Ltd (NWD) in 2010, he is the Head of Special Projects – Project Management of NWD, and he is also the Senior Project Director - Special Projects (Design) of New World China Land Limited (NWCL).
His major projects completed for NWD are the Remodeling of New World Centre into Victoria Dockside, and the Rejuvenation of Tsim Sha Tsui Waterfront in Hong Kong.
He is currently managing the Conservation of the State Theatre in North Point, Hong Kong.
Jeff is also a Director for Culture for Tomorrow (CFT), a non-profit organization founded in 2017 by cultural entrepreneur Adrian Cheng, to actualize design and architectural innovation.
